What do I do if I have an issue with a product?

We do our best at Spice Ratchet Mills, LLC to provide the highest quality kitchen gadgets. If you find you’re having an issue with a product, please consult our FAQ page. Hopefully, you will be able to find a solution to your issue by watching our helpful videos or downloading the product manual.

If you cannot find an answer to your query, please send us an e-mail to info@spiceratchet.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How do returns work?

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable on purchases and returns.

For used products, please confirm with Spice Ratchet Mills, LLC via e-mail that you intend to return your product. A customer service representative can then work with you to finalize return details.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Can I get a replacement product?

Yes, if the replacement is the exact item and version you ordered. All other exchanges must be done by returning your item and placing a new order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 days excluding holidays recognized by USPS.

Please note: estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Can I order internationally?

All orders must be placed in the United States. We can only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
